DocSwiner, owner of Swiner Publishing Company and longtime Durham Chamber member, is a 6-time best-selling author, publisher and entrepreneur. On Saturday, October 10, she will teach her tips and skills for you to DIY best-selling, book, blog or start that online business you’ve been seeking to do.

Guest speakers, Jes Averhart and Alechia Reese, will share their journeys and bullet points on how they’ve become CEOs on the national stage and have elevated their brands and launched new books or businesses even during the pandemic. Emily Mason, of Emily Mason Studios, will share at-home make-up tips for taking your own pics and headshots for your graphics and social media. She’ll also include a free make-up kit for each attendee.

Attendees will also receive free one-page landing page after the event from Geisy Designs (partner of Swiner Publishing Co.), free gifts, including pens, notebooks and other co-sponsored giveaways will be available to each attendee. Time will include teaching time, book cover and graphic design time, quiet writing time, networking and more, with a free follow-up one-on-one with DocSwiner after the event.

If you can’t attend the day of the event, there is also a ticket to get the recording and workbook, with one-on-one time with DocSwiner afterwards.
