Durham County’s 2026 elections include the Statewide Primary on Tuesday, March 3, 2026, and the General Election on Tuesday, November 3, 2026. Early voting for the Primary runs February 12–28, and early voting for the General Election runs October 15–31. Absentee-by-mail voting begins in January 2026 for the Primary and September 4, 2026 for the General Election. On Election Day, polls are open from 6:30 AM to 7:30 PM.
