Who/what was the inspiration behind your business?
In 2014 Chef Precious-Jewel left a rewarding corporate job to pursue her calling of combining her love for people and a natural talent for creating delicious experiences through food. After taking a leap of faith and leaving corporate America, a dream came true and Indulge Catering, LLC was born.
How many employees do you have? How many were hired in the last year?
We currently have two full-time employees. We have not hired any in the last year.
What business or community need does your business meet?
We provide healthy flavorful food options to our corporate clients and VIP’s across the triangle.
What is the biggest business challenge your company/business has had to overcome?
Moving from a small business mind set to understanding what it takes to grow and scale your business. How did you do it? Working with a business coach/strategist to grow our business and it’s working!
What is your business’ greatest need?
Our own commercial/tasting kitchen and hiring/keeping great staff.
What are you most proud of about your business?
Being women-owned, veteran-owned and LGBTQ-owned.
In what ways do you hope your business will grow in the next two years?
