The primary elections are underway here in Durham and the Durham Chamber wants to make sure that you have all the information you need to participate in this important election. Below are important dates and details concerning this election.
Absentee voting began in Durham on Sept. 8. If you have questions about absentee voting click here
Early voting in Durham runs from Sept. 21 through Oct. 7. Early voting takes place at the following locations:

201 N. Roxboro Street - NCCU School of Law
640 Nelson Street - Durham County Library (North)
221 Milton Road - Durham County Library (South)
4505 S. Alston Ave

Primary elections for Durham (mayor and city council) will take place on Tuesday, Oct. 10.
