A first of its kind development for the City of Durham will fuse the historic with the modern for a new 26-story mixed use development, City Center. Adjacent to the 21c Museum Hotel, the Center will provide 25,000 square feet of retail space, 125,000 square feet of office space, 20 floors of residential housing and underground parking.
